Last updated: 19 July 2026

Namah Clinic & Homeocare ("Namah Clinic", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website namahclinic.com (the "Website"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information we collect

We keep the information we collect through the Website to a minimum.

  • Information you choose to send us: When you use the enquiry form or contact links, you may share your name, phone number, the service you are interested in, and any message you write. The enquiry form does not store this information on the Website — pressing “Send enquiry on WhatsApp” simply opens WhatsApp with your message ready, and your details reach us through WhatsApp only when you send it.
  • Appointment and treatment enquiries: If you contact us to book an appointment or ask about a treatment, we collect the details you provide so we can respond and arrange your visit.
  • Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we collect limited technical information — such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages visited, and time spent — through cookies and analytics tools. See “Cookies and analytics” below.

Medical records

Any medical information collected during an in-person visit to the clinic is part of your clinical care and is kept confidential in line with medical practice and applicable law. This Privacy Policy covers the Website only.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web-analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device type. This information is aggregated and helps us see which pages are useful; it is not used to personally identify you.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout . Google’s own privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy .

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and messages.
  • To schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
  • To provide information about our services when you ask for it.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Website.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, or record-keeping obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

  • Service providers: We rely on trusted third-party services to run the Website — for example Google Analytics (analytics) and WhatsApp / Meta (messaging). When you contact us through these tools, your information is also handled under their respective privacy policies.
  • Legal reasons: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, a court order, or a valid request from a public authority.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, provide our services, and meet legal or record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law, you have rights over your personal data, including:

  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you.
  • The right to ask us to correct or update inaccurate information.
  • The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations.
  • The right to withdraw consent you have previously given.
  • The right to raise a grievance about how your data is handled.

Children’s privacy

The Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of a parent or guardian. Appointments for minors are arranged by a parent or guardian.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party links

The Website may link to external sites, such as our Instagram page or Google Maps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites; please review their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
